Aroma: warm pastries and crème brulée, baked apple with cinnamon and spicy oak - above all a slight fruity sweetness
Taste: again creme brulee and a light spiciness, with fresh herbs, a little mint - then develop notes of tropical fruits with creamy vanilla
Finish: long on the finish - now nutty notes and significantly more spice
