One, for the independent bottler Wemyss, unusual barrel was chosen here - a 14-year-old Craigellachie, ripened in an exSherry Hogshead.

Aroma: Complex aromas of butter cream, fenugreek and suckling pig - ginger and moist earth - a creamy sweetness above all else
Taste: oily and full-bodied, dried meat and bitter orange, then develop sweeter notes of apple compote, kumquat with some ginger
Finish: medium in length and fruity on the finish - again the ginger, cinnamon and fruit treats
