Aroma: clearly fried scampi, scallops, oysters and grilled langoustines with lemon juice - in the background, spicy heather
Taste: maritime notes, clear sea salt, fried fish and warm charcoal - behind it a little smoked ham with rosemary and black bread
Finish: smoky and earthy in the long finish
