New look for Benromach: Forward to the past.

Fans of the traditional Speyside distillery Benromach will immediately notice: The Single Malts are now presented in a new look. The outer packaging and the label on the bottle have been completely redesigned. But don't worry: the character of the whisky and the care with which it is made are retained.

What is behind the new appearance? Andrew Hannah, Head of the Benromach Marketing Department, explains that the company wants to go back to the roots. That was the basic idea with which the new look was developed. For the new design, Benromach was inspired by the hand-painted sign that used to decorate the roof over the stove, the characteristic red doors of the distillery and the typical chimney made of red brick.

"The design is intended to convey the genuine craftsmanship with which Benromach is manufactured," says Hannah. In the family-run Benromach distillery in Forres, every barrel is filled, weighed and labeled by hand before its content matures in the traditional Dunnage warehouses over many years. This is also reflected in the new slogan: "Made by hand for a genuine character."

In addition, the new design also includes awards that Benromach Malts have recently received. The Benromach 10 Years Old was honored with Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in May. The 15-year-old Benromach even received a double Gold medal. This coveted award is only given if the jury unanimously rates a spirit with Gold and ranks it among the best products in the world.
