In March 2007 this single malt whisky was distilled and aged for 15 years in a former sherry butt, in June 2022 independent bottler Douglas Laing completed the cask to just 864 bottles.

Nose: ripe autumn fruits paired with baking spices , behind milk chocolate and golden syrup
Palate: light vanilla tones and ripe barley, followed by notes of strawberry puree and strong mocha
