First, the single malt whisky was stored for three years in a former bourbon hogshead, then matured for another two years in a barrel where a single malted whisky from the Glen Moray distillery was matured.
The cask was bottled on 9th September 2019 on only 267 bottles.

Nose: roasted marshmallows, then vanilla and orange peel
Taste: creamy coconut and jackfruit - over all fresh citrus fruits
Finish: damp grass and candy canes - paired with malt and sweet and spicy oak
