Nose: spicy heather, lime and grilled peaches - above all sweet peat smoke and smoked pork on black bread
Taste: full and oily in the taste - smoke and honey are present, then lime BBQ wings and grilled pineapple
Finish: in the finish clearly peat smoke, sea salt and mineral notes
