Aroma: Lots of sherry and canned pears - with orange, some cloves and allspice Taste: creamy and soft with hints of toffee, dark chocolate - followed by Seville oranges and more sherry - in the background plum and raspberry, some cinnamon Finish: soft and warming, medium length with notes of cherries and cream
