A 15-year-old single malt Scotch whiskey from the older of the two Orkney distilleries. Distilled on August 27, 2002, the single malt matured in an exBourbon Hogshead before bottling the barrel on March 5, 2018 at only 341 bottles.
Aroma: fresh lime, soft smoke and clearly vanilla Taste: Butterscotch, Sichuan pepper and again the limes Finish: a pleasantly waxy texture with notes of wood smoke and spices
