An 11-year-old single blended rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, matured in former bourbon casks.
The barrels used were distilled in two ways - one in traditional twin-column stills and the other in pot-stills.

Aroma: intense aromas of tropical fruits - especially green bananas, mango and papaya - spicy oak in the background
Taste: soft in the taste with full body, now clear the spicy notes of old oak, followed by fresh vanilla and juicy dried fruit - in the background a light sweetness of mild honey
Finish: a long finish - the oak again, with sweet fruity notes and hints of toffee
