For 21 years, this Single Malt Whiskey from the Scottish distillery Tobermory on Mull Island matured in a Refill Hogshead, before Douglas Laing bottled the cask in December 2015 at just 306 bottles.

Aroma: initially sweet with a slightly salty toffee note, behind it freshly cut lemons
Taste: again the pleasant sweetness, then subtle smoky notes - more and more citrus and cane sugar
Finish: medium in the finish - still the sweetness, coupled with a light salt character
