Aroma: soft with a pleasant sweetness of apricots and nectarines, clearly dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans - in the background light, fresh herbs such as mint and sage
Taste: soft with a creamy mouthfeel, clearly ripe fruit and the influence of the sherry barrel - especially plum, cherry, orange and some apple are recognizable - then slightly spicy notes develop with some oak
Finish: Fruits and spices almost balance - long finish
