A fruity-malty Miltonduff from the Scottish Speyside, bottled after 22 years of maturing in refill butt in Douglas Laing's Old Particular series.
Aroma: a warming spiciness paired with soft raisins, then ripe plums, mocha and caramelized sugar
Taste: strongly spicy and fruity with a hint of leather, crushed brown sugar and a gentle oak note
Finish: very long finish, still the dark fruits and spice - notes of syrup, barley and molasses
