The Grain Distillery Strathclyde has been in the center of Glasgow since 1927.
Douglas Laing selected an exceptional 40-year-old barrel from this renowned distillery.
Aroma: at the beginning pleasantly sweet with a strong spicy note, with a distinct vanilla
Taste: creamy and silky soft - very pleasant mouthfeel, again the sweetness, which now develops into a spicy caramel note
Finish: medium-long finish, still the soft sweetness - you can taste soft caramel and more vanilla

Ich habe den guten Tropfen einem Kunden zum 40-jährigen Jubiläum geschenkt, kann daher nichts über die Qualität sagen. Aber die Abwicklung incl. telefonischer Lieferabfrage war sehr professionell.
