Hernö Artisan Ten Gin matures in barrels & nbsp; Swedish birch. The Casks used have a volume of 39.25 liters and each Cask was filled four times with Hernö Dry Gin and matured 30 days.
Nose: fresh birch wood, with juniper berries and flowery honey - clearly meadowsweet Taste: again the juniper, with elegant notes of wood, then flowery-sweet tones of birch wood and meadowsweet Finish: mild tannins, a lot of juniper - dry finish
