This 16-year-old rum comes from the South Pacific distillery in Fiji - A single Cask was selected.
The rum matured for 16 years in selected former bourbon Casks in the Caribbean - then another eight months in refilled ex-bourbon Casks in Scotland.

Nose: intense, complex blend of exotic fruits with notes of liquorice and nuances of smoke, citrus fruits and cocoa

Taste: mint and spicy freshness from Citrus fruits with notes of vanilla, meringue and walnuts that mix well with the woodiness in this Fiji rum
