Unconventional, casual and in culinary terms, the distillery is very much a child of the pleasure metropolis Melbourne.
Freed from traditions, the distillery looks at whisky through the eyes of brewers and winemakers.
This is made exclusively from ingredients from the region. In addition to barley, especially from slightly charred or steamed red wine barrels from Australian wineries.
