For this bottling, Signatory selected two hogsheads from the Scottish Speyside Destillery Inchgower. Distilled on August 30, 2007, the barrels were stored for over ten years until February 27, 2018, when the independent bottler married the barrels and filled them in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Aroma: malty spicy with aromas of dried herbs, some vanilla, some toffee Taste: soft and spicy in the taste, again the malt, to slightly fruity notes - again the vanilla Finish: medium finish - spicy with nutty notes
