Distilled on May 26, 1997 at Scottish Speyside distillery Glen Keith, matured for over 20 years in two hogsheads, bottled by Signatory in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection on February 26, 2018.

Aroma: reminds at the beginning of salted popcorn, then clearly sweet honey and soft wood flavors
Taste: surprisingly fruity with strong notes of ripe grapes and tangerines - above all soft vanilla and some malt
Departure: very spicy on the finish, the fruits take a back seat - clearly spicy berries and cloves
