Originating from Scotland's highland distillery Tomatin, this 29-year-old single malt whiskey distilled in 1989, the single malt matured in a single refill American Hogshead in the warehouses of independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail until the cask matured on June 22, 2018 232 bottles were bottled in the Connoisseurs Choice series.

Aroma: ripe pears and fresh herbs, sweet vanilla and white pepper behind
Taste: soft notes of fresh vanilla, then warming white pepper, lemon peel and menthol - grapefruit behind
Departure: long finish with clear toasted notes of oak - to the fruit again
