A classic Speyside single malt from one of the more unknown distilleries of Scotland - Glenlossie.
Distilled on November 18, 1992, the single malt whiskey matured in a hogshead for over 24 years until Signatory bottled the cask on January 16, 2017 at 249 bottles.

Aroma: like the scent of a freshly mown summer meadow, plus green apples and lemons - ripe barley in the background
Taste: now deulticher the barley, to honey and freshly cut grass - many herbs
Finish: medium, spicy finish with a hint of vanilla
