Aroma: beautifully balanced aromas of sweet chocolate, toffee and roasted oak, as well as dates and ripe pears - barley and vanilla in the background
Taste: Plum compote and fresh apples with caramelised muscovado sugar, then citrus notes and spicy oak
Finish: long and complex on the finish - the fruits, the sugar and the spicy notes go hand in hand
