Distilled on 15.10.1997, matured this single malt whiskey from the distillery Glenrothes before Signatory bottled the barrel on 25.09.2015.
Aroma: ripe fruit - especially plum and raisins, with soft dried fruits - in the background some oak and honey
Taste: wonderfully rounded and soft in the taste, you can see the sherry barrel - again the ripe fruit
Finish: long, sweet and spicy finish
