A classic Speyside malt from the Mortlach Distillery - bottled in Douglas Laing's Old Particular series.
Aroma: initially a lot of vanilla and red fruits - with aromas of freshly baked bread
Taste: fresh barley is very present - sweet and cheeky! then it develops more vanilla and lush notes of warming spiciness
Finish: long finish with fudge and barley - with ripe citrus fruit
