Aroma: juicy rum raisin cake, soaked in cherry liqueur, served with a Ginger Wine cocktail
Taste: pickled cherries, dark noble chocolate with sea salt - sticky gingerbread coated with dark syrup
Finish: warming finish with cinnamon and star anise
