Aroma: Peat smoke everywhere, with soft leather and a malty sweetness, it recognizes vanilla ice cream and a fruit salad from summer fruits
Taste: Complex with a distinctive oak character and smoked ham, followed by campfire ash and moist soil - with candied fruit
Finish: long and typical Islay, very maritime with salty caramel and peat smoke
