Aroma: sweet and malty with a hint of peat, citrus aromas, some vanilla - oily, waxy and smoky
Taste: soft with a beautiful sultana sweetness, like the well-known Dundee cake - later a trace of salt in the background
Finish: intense notes of espresso and chocolate, spicy with dark fruits and nuts - now even more salt
