Duncan Taylor bottled this single malt at the age of 19 in his "Dimensions" series.

The result is impressive!

Aroma: light and pleasantly gentle on the nose with a hint of soft fruit and dried grass, with some melon and caramel
Taste: clearly tropical fruits, salted butter, traces of hay and anise - then comes the sweetness of jam, maybe plums - and some smoke
Finish: on the finish clearly almonds and pepper
