Bruichladdich Italian Collection 1993 Barbaresco 46% vol. 0,7l

Since the reopening of Bruichladdich by the independent bottler Murray McDavid in 2000 - and especially under the direction of Jim McEwan - the distillery and its whiskey shine like never before.
Jim McEwan - born on Islay and formerly master distiller at Bowmore - made a return to the original and natural in making Scottish whiskey.
For this reason, all bottlings of Bruichladdich are not filtered cool and without dyes.

"The Italian Collection" - Barbaresco (French Oak)
The Italian Collection includes six different vintage bottlings, matured in each one of the quality of the various Italian wine barrels.
This bottling was given its finish in Barbaresco French oak barrels.
The result is a malt with intense notes of black cherries and violets.
