Since the reopening of Bruichladdich by the independent bottler Murray McDavid in 2000 - and especially under the direction of Jim McEwan - the distillery and its whiskey shine like never before.
Jim McEwan - born on Islay and formerly master distiller at Bowmore - made a return to the original and natural in making Scottish whiskey.
For this reason, all bottlings of Bruichladdich are not filtered cool and without dyes.
Limited special bottling in honor of Golf Club K Club, Ireland
Matured for 14 years in the Bourbon cask, the malt was finished in Guigal Cotes Rotie and Guigal Hermitage Rouge Syrah barrels.
Beautiful aromas of raspberries, red apples, shortbread, orange marmalade and vanilla.
Edition: 12,000 bottles - single numbering
