The Japanese  Masahiro Distillery is responsible for the Kujira Ryukyu Whisky-Range.
Kujira Ryukyu 5-year-old Single Grain Whisky is made from 100% high-quality indica rice.

Matured for five years in first fill white oak casks in subtropical climate on the southern end of Okinawa, Japan.

Nose: a light sweetness of caramel, plus Vanilla, liquorice and spicy oak
Taste: sweet caramel, again the vanilla, paired with tannins - again the spicy oak
Finish: long finish - pleasantly soft with pleasant sweetness - in the background spicy oak and some pepper
