2013 they disappeared forever from Speyside - most of the Imperial buildings Distillery. Since the late 19th century, more precisely the year of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee, to which the distillery owes its royal name, its red Aberdeen bricks had shaped the area. After around 100 years of existence, they were Pot stills in operation for the last time in 1998. The exclusive bottling for Germany comes from this final year.

For this single malt whiskey from the The Single Malts of Scotland range, the experts at the independent bottler Elixir Distillers have captured - and so open the gates of the "Lost Distillery" to connoisseurs again. The smooth, floral single cask -Malt whisky matured for 22 years in barrels with the number # 102829. bottled unadulterated in a pleasant cask strength with 46%vol. the oak barrel only resulted in 121 bottles.
