Bottling in honor of King Henry IV. Distilled from the local barley varieties Catamaran and Golden Promise with a phenol content of 25ppm. For this bottling Distillates from 2012 to 2016 were selected, exclusively matured in first-filled Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads and octaves from European oak.
