Aroma: floral aromas, with citrus fruits and rose water, then ripe plums, walnuts and liquorice - above all maritime notes of damp wood and tarred ropes Taste: salty, then sweeter with notes of grilled salmon with sweet marinade, sweet-crust ham - then caramel, fudge, cocoa and roasted coffee Finish: lots of menthol and peat smoke with salty notes
