For 26 long years, this single malt whiskey from the Glendronach distillery matured in a single former Oloroso sherry-butt.
Distilled on 21.12.1989, bottled in September 2016 to only 557 bottles.

Aroma: peppery oak and noticeably spicy, with dark fruits and dried apricots - orange peel in the background
Taste: at the beginning sour plums, then sweet, dark molasses with notes of orange marmalade and strong espresso - fresh cigars in the background
Finish: long finish - again the dark fruits and the spicy cigar tones
