In 2006, 18 hogsheads filled with fresh distillate at Edradour, in which previously stored French Sauternes wine. In 2015, some of these barrels were bottled - after only just over nine years, this whiskey has reached tremendous depth and intensity.
Aroma: sweet fruits, especially peach, with raisins and sweet cake - some caramel Taste: creamy in the taste, the dessert wine is clearly recognizable, tropical fruits and oak Finish: long and warming on the finish with a clear toffee note
