Aroma: cotton candy and ripe plums, followed by kiwis and fresh grapes, with roasted pecans and pear flambéed in sweet wine
Taste: fresh apple and pear cake with a delicious crust of sweet oatmeal, seasoned with cinnamon, cane sugar and Stracciatella ice cream
Finish: creamy on the finish with ripe agave, pineapple and freshly ground juniper berry
