Aroma: like an old barn fishing boat in the wet fog! baked green apples with vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel
Taste: wet rocks on the sea - rosemary, lavender and rock geraniums between moist slate and seaweed
Finish: lots of freshness and clear sea salt
Single barrel filling - edition of 348 bottles
