The old stocks are launched by European bottlers, this bottling limited to 3,850 bottles was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2014 - the barrels were stored throughout the period on Trinidad & Tobago.
Caroni is a high-quality molasses rum with a lot of power and depth.
Aroma: clearly roasted coffee and old wood - sweet with fresh vanilla
Taste: again the coffee and the vanilla - light notes of licorice and herbs, coupled with a slight sweetness
Finish: sweet and spicy, warming with light herbal notes
