The 2nd edition of Jim McEwan's Celtic Heartlands - once again, Jim McEwan has selected three exceptional barrels, one each from Bunnahabhain, Glenlivet and Macallan.
Jim McEwan is a co-owner and master distiller of Bruichladdich, and a partner in independent bottler Murray McDavid.
These barrels were filled in beautiful glass decanters, marked with a Gaelic symbol.
The glass carafe is firmly embedded in a noble black lacquered chest with hinge and pressure bar, which is lined with golden yellow satin.
On the back of the glass carafe is an original autograph by Jim McEwan.
Bottled on Islay by Bruichladdich Distillery.
This bottling is in barrel strength and of course not cool filtered and free of dyes.
Edition: 726 bottles
