Now - in autumn 2022 - the bottlings say goodbye to their angular wooden box.
The final batch with wooden box includes five cask-strength Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskies.
All spent between 12 and 14 years in sweet, strong, red or white wine Casks.
The Cask for the Edradour 13 Years 2008/2022 SFTC Ribera Del Duero Cask Matured #346 comes from the Iberian Peninsula.
The noble Spanish red wine gives the single malt whisky deep berry tones.
Distilled on 5th November 2008, this single malt whisky from the small Highland distillery was aged in a former Ribera Del Duero cask, then Edradour filled the cask on 13th July 2022 to just 391 bottles in the Straight from the Cask range .
