Nose: A fresh, vibrant, spicy style - candied fruit peel, lemon sorbet and vanilla oak

Palate: very tasty with tropical fruits, lots of thick cream and maple syrup

Finish: Sugar and spice linger alongside polished oak, honey, granola and fruit candies
