Noble gift pack including two miniatures - one each Glenfarclas 25 years 46% vol. 0.05l and Glenfarclas 105 Proof 60% vol. 0.05l

Glenfarclas is one of Scotland's few independent distilleries.
Founded in 1836 and owned by the Grant family since 1865.
John Grant is now the fifth generation to lead Glenfarclas.
Glenfarclas is also one of the few distilleries that have been producing almost without interruption since their inception.
This explains the wide range of different bottlings from this house.

Glenfarclas 15 years 46% vol. 0.7l
Nose: strong sherry aromas with dark fruits, plus some mint and oak
Palate: more and more sherry - again the fruits, especially plums, dates and raisins - then nutty notes
Finish: very long finish - sherry and nuts remain

Glenfarclas 25 Years 43%vol. 0.05l
Nose: fresh herbs at the beginning, clearly menthol, followed by sweet sherry aromas and dark fruits
Palate: intense tones of sherry and creamy malt, plus notes of fresh bread and ginger - behind which are nuts and chocolate
Finish: Incredibly long finish with complex notes of cocoa, spicy oak and some smoke

Glenfarclas 105 Cask strength 60%vol. 0.05l
Nose: lots of sherry - distinct honey, buttered toast and nutty flavors - roasted coffee in the background
Palate: soft and creamy with spicy and peppery notes - again the nuts, fruity notes from the sherry
Finish: long finish - nutty and spicy
