Offering in celebration of the idyllic islands of whisky and the seas that surround them the Provenance Coastal Collection is a series of special bottlings containing only the best single cask single malts from maritime whiskys.
There are only two distilleries in the Orkneys, although the name may not be mentioned, many people know which distillery is the larger of the two...

Nose: the aroma shows a gritty, creamy style, with aromas of seaweed and candied lemon peel
Palate: a wonderfully peppery warmth alongside salted caramel and burnt buttered toast
Finish: a touch of smoke on the finish Canned peaches with syrup - plus notes of baking spices
