Cotswolds: A name that is synonymous with unspoilt nature, sleepy cottages - and first-class single malt whisky.
The Cotswolds Distillery has been the first full-scale distillery in the region since 2014.

In the midst of a postcard idyll, it produces a particularly soft, full-bodied and fruity distillate.
The distillery is now expressing its character for the first time through a whisky matured exclusively in former bourbon casks.

The Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky unfolds in premium first-fill casks made from American white oak.
Fresh from Kentucky, the casks arrive in the Cotswolds undamped and therefore still damp, the staves soaked with wonderful Bourbon whisky.
After patient maturation, they give the English single malt delicious notes of vanilla, caramelized figs and honey, the whisky purists at cask strength 59.1%vol. alcohol content.
