To meet the ever-growing demand and to live out their passion for blending, the craft distillery from London came up with something - and created Apogee.

The Pure Malt is the equivalent of a blended malt whisky and consists of the finest single malts from the Highlands and Speyside.
After at least 12 years of aging, these are masterfully married and finished in ex-Bimber Bourbon casks.

Developed as a homage to the fine art of blending, Apogee XII offers a flawless balance, peppered with numerous flavor facets and a complexity that derives from the lively, fruity and spicy character of the Ex-Bimber-Casks yields.

Pure Malt Whisky is presented in an eye-catching, custom bottle made from tactile, hammered glass that mimics the finishes of Bimber's small copper stills.

Nose:  Spice pears and oven-baked apricot tarts are enhanced by aromas of Chains of sugar sweetened with rose water, nutmeg and ground ginger
Taste: syrupy garden and stone fruits provide a bright and fresh mouthfeel, supported by lightly charred oak, gentle white pepper and cooling spearmint
Finish: persistent ripe and sweet fruit alongside pleasant, aromatic oak
