This limited bottling matured for 13 years, 75% in exBourbon and 25% in exSherry Casks. Distilled in June 2007, bottled in April 2021 to 6,300 bottles . Nose: soft and creamy with aromas of lemon cheesecake, with vanilla, citrus fruits and fresh pastries
Taste: fruity notes of ripe peaches and crunchy red apples - then again vanilla, clearly the bourbon barrel influence, followed by honey and oranges, some liquorice and aniseed Finish: delicate tones of fresh grass, in addition subtle notes of honey and glazed dates
