A fine 22-year-old single malt whiskey from the Scottish Speyside, more specifically from the distillery Glen Elgin - bottled in 2018 to 261 bottles, matured in a former Bourbon Hogshead.

Aroma: sweet and spicy - reminiscent of pear compote with ginger
Taste: oily body with a rich mouthfeel - juicy pears and grapefruit, then gooseberry cake with meringue, light notes of white pepper, cloves and cinnamon in the background
Finish: mid-length, spicy finish with slightly fruity notes
