From the in-house distillery Edradour comes this single barrel bottling of a fruity single malt whiskey from the independent bottler Signatory.
Distilled on February 9, 2008, the single malt whiskey matured for over ten years in barrel # 26, bottled on August 20, 2018.

Aroma: spicy oak and aromas of pastries, with sherry aromas with licorice and some fennel seed
Taste: pastries again, with caramel and floral notes - then again clearly sherry and dark chocolate
Finish: short, warm finish with light sherry tones

Sehr lecker.
Frucht, viel Frucht und am Ende ein wenig Eichenwürze die sich sehr schön eingebunden ohne Bitter zu werden.

Starker Whisky der im Abgang aber eine durchaus milde Note hat.
