Aroma: fresh and alive, like a fruit salad of green apples, grapefruit and pears - then warmer aromas of fresh hay, eucalyptus and a little oak
Taste: full and soft in the taste - reminiscent of soft caramel with a hint of ginger and a warming spice - with a little water the spiciness increases and you can taste red fruits
Finish: dry and long on the finish - slightly nutty
